| The location for Quartet and Chorus Contests, Contest Briefing, Chorus rehearsals, and the Area Membership Meeting is at the Normal West High School, 501 N. Parkside Rd., Normal, IL 61761. The location for Education Classes and the Area Council meeting is the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel. Please see the Schedule of Events section for the location of all AC&C events. |

Parking Fee: $5 per nightCheck out: 12:00 pm For everyone that is driving to AC&C this year, there has been a change in the parking. When you check into the hotel, if you are the driver, you will need to register your vehicle also. They will need to know the make, model, year and license plate number. There is no longer a gate to get into the parking ramp and you will not have to stop and scan your room key to get in. There will be signs up through out the parking garage with a QR code, we will not have to do anything with these, since we have already registered with the hotel. |

You will need to call the hotel closer to the date of the convention to put the name of your roommate on the reservation, so that we have a record of who is at the hotel. The phone number is: 1-309-862-9000. Please do not call this number to make your reservation, you may not get the discounted rate.

Everyone is expected to stay at the AC&C hotel, the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel (see details above), if they purchase an AEP. This year, the Area Council agreed that we would charge a Fair Share Assessment to members who do not stay at this hotel. That one-time assessment is $169. That is the equivalent of one night's room rate with taxes and fees. We get certain discounts at the convention hotel for rooms booked. If we don't meet our rooms booked, we could lose some or all of these discounts. This is a policy also in place at IC&C.
