| The location for Quartet and Chorus Contests, Contest Briefing, and Satruday morning chorus rehearsals is Normal West High School, 501 N. Parkside Rd., Normal, IL 61761. The location for Education Classes, the Area 4 Membership meeting, the Area 4 Council meeting, and Friday night chorus rehearsals is the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel. If you plan to arrive early (Wednesday), please contact Ann Cerney, Onsite Manager, at acerney52@gmail.com to request adding Wednesday night to your reservation. Be sure to include your name and reservation confirmation number in your email. Do not call the hotel to add the additional night.

After making your room reservation, you will need to call the hotel to put the name(s) of your roommate(s) on the reservation, so that we have a record of who is at the hotel.

For everyone driving to AC&C: When you check into the hotel, if you are the driver, you will need to register your vehicle. They will need to know the make, model, year and license plate number. If you don't, you may receive a ticket from the city.

Everyone is expected to stay at the AC&C hotel, the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel (see details above), if they purchase an AEP. A Fair Share Assessment will be charged to members who choose not to stay at the convention hotel. This one-time fee will be the equivalent of one night's room rate, including taxes and fees. The organization receives discounted rates based on a contracted number of room bookings. If this commitment is not met, some or all of these discounts may be lost.
