DVD:
Dennis Dailey of Dailey Video Productions will provide each chorus and quartet with a DVD of their individual performance at AC&C at no charge.  The cost to make these and mail them to each group is included in the AC&C budget.   In order to receive your DVD, please complete the DVD form and bring it with you to the chorus/quartet briefing. 
 

PHOTOS:
Quartet and chorus photos will be taken at CBC, the competition site, on both Friday and Saturday during the contest pattern.  There will be five risers on stage for the chorus performance and also in another room (the Cafeteria at CBC) for photos which will be taken as part of the chorus contest pattern.  Choruses and/or quartets need to order their photos ahead of time.  

• A contact person from each group should complete the order form, and put it in an envelope along with the check for the whole amount (payable to Alisa Collins).  
• On the outside of the envelope, please identify the chorus/quartet, contact person and cell phone number - in case of problems. 
• Bring the envelope to the AEP registration table at the Sheraton Hotel, and put it in the photo order box.

There will be no one to answer photo questions at the AEP registration desk, so if you do have questions, you should email or call  beforehand by contacting:
